James' Journey
From labourer to successful business owner & most watched landscaper in South West London.
2005
James embarks on learning a new trade — landscaping. He works for different landscapers over the coming years gaining invaluable experience and knowledge along the way.
2018
Following his passion for travel, James decides to leave everything behind to go travelling around Australia and Asia.
2020
Forced back to the UK by the pandemic, instead of slowing down James decides to start his own business and Paving the Way Landscapes is born.
He begins working hard to ensure the right team is recruited to delivery quality results.
2023
A new team member is welcomed into the business who encourages James to start social media. The team begin documenting their garden transformations and quickly pick up traction as they go from zero to 100k followers in only 12 months — they must be doing something right!
Today
Business is booming and James or should I say, The landscape Waffler, has accrued over 150,000 followers (and growing) across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
The team proudly wear the crown of being the most watched landscapers in South West London.
As the hard work continues, so does the scale of the projects — growing in size while consistently delivering the same exceptional quality and results Paving The Way is known for.
